Hermetic Flaw
A Hermetic Flaw is a type of Flaw available to magi. See Virtues and Flaws. It usually describes some idiosyncrasy of the magus's Gift that makes some aspect of Hermetic Magic weaker or more difficult for that character. A minority of Hermetic Flaws, such as Tormenting Master, instead affect the character's position or relationships within the Order of Hermes.
